At Grayson Explores, we strive to provide high-quality travel accessories, camping gear, and travel tech. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following terms.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Must include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at [[email protected]] within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Once approved, you must return the product within 7 days after receiving the return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection & Processing – After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your return.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via cash.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item received).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [[email protected]] with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible at [[email protected]] to request a cancellation.
